715 Lynchburg Moose 'Giving a Hand Up to Familes in Need' Community Service project will present Thanksgiving Bags to Families in need in our Community Monday, November 22, 2021 .

A number of familes have been identified, (both member families and families in the community), and will be presented with these Thanksgiving Bags, Monday at the Lodge, 9am - 11am - 2307 Lakeside Drive Lynchburg VA.

If you know of a Family in need that hasn't been identified please have them stop by Monday, Nov. 22 between 9am - 11am to pick up a Thanksgiving Bag. It doesn't have to be a Moose Member and can be anyone in our community that is in need and still trying to get back on their feet from everything that has been going on lately.

Many, Many Thanks are extended to the Membership and Staff at 715 Lynchburg Moose for the great outpouring of contributions of Food Items and various other every day staple items that many of us take for granted.

May everyone have a Great Thanksgiving.

Please let us know if you know of a family with children that are in need of a “Santa Clause” visit this year. As you know, we support many different charities during the year and really focus on the children and seniors that need some cheer during the holidays due to unforeseen circumstances suffered during these difficult times. Please bring a letter to the lodge and include any info we would need to assist the family, as in number and ages of children or your own needs for food and assistance. We will be submitting these to the community service group for their recommendations.

The 715 Lynchburg Lodge will be closed Thursday, November 25th, 2021 for Thanksgiving and will reopen Friday, November 26th at 5:00pm.

Heart of the Community

Lynchburg Moose 715 contributes to our Front Line Workers in the ICU wards working 12 hour shifts.

This is our contribution to our front line workers on the ICU wards, because they work 12 shifts and the dinning area is closed. We just wanted to show our appreciation for what they do. Thank You on behalf of the Staff and Membership at 715 Lynchburg Moose.
