The Private Policy is simple: Either you are a member of a Lodge or Chapter, or you are a guest. Only "qualified" guests are entitled to admittance. All guests must be signed in, cannot make purchases, and must leave when the member leaves. All adult guests shall be identified in some manner to distinguish them as non-members. If the guest is a prospective member, their third visit must be for the purpose of attending an orientation session or an enrollment ceremony.

The Loyal Order of Moose is a private organization. All activities and events referred to on this Web site are available to members in good standing and their qualified guests only. This Web site is for informational purposes with proprietary information intended for members only. General information is available to the public at large, but should not be construed to be a solicitation for membership. House Issues

All members of the order in good standing possessing a current membership card shall be admitted to the Social Quarters.  A "Qualified Guest" may be defined as: A good standing Lodge or Chapter member's family: The lady friend of an unmarried good standing Lodge member and the gentleman friend of an unmarried good standing Chapter member: A prospective member of the Lodge or Chapter accompanied by his or her sponsor: A prospective member's Third visit must be for an enrollment into the Order.  All guests and the introducing member shall enroll their names in the Lodge's Guest Registry Book.  Family members, friends of unmarried members, and prospective members must leave when the members leave.  Only good standing members of the Lodge and Chapter are permitted to make purchases or spend any money in the Social Quarters. Non-member spouses may not make any purchases.  Every member shall submit his/her membership card upon demand of the House Committee or any authorized Social Quarters employee.  All non-members shall be identified to distinguish them as guest.  Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. A member may be dropped from the roles for failure to pay restitution for property damage or removed by the member or his/her guest.  The admission of minors into the Social Quarters shall be according to guidelines established by the House Committee in accordance with Local Laws.  Gentlemanly, Ladylike, and orderly behavior is required of all persons in the Social Quarters, and at all other times while on the Lodge property, or during any Moose sponsored social activity. Loud, profane, and obscene language is absolutely prohibited.  No person(s) of vicious, or immoral reputation, or in a state of intoxication shall be admitted or allowed to remain in the Social Quarters. The bartender is authorized to refuse service to anyone in a state of intoxication. The House Committee may prevent admission of any undesirable individual pending a hearing.  The Social Quarters shall not be used for any event involving non-members, unless dispensation is received from the General Governor prior to the event.  Any member(s), other than Law Enforcement Officers in the line of duty, having firearms or other lethal weapons on, or in his possession in the Social Quarters, parking lot, or any other Lodge property, shall be expelled from the Order unless the weapon involves a sporting event or other activity approved by the General Governor. This does not apply to legal weapons which at all times remain in locked vehicles and are not in violation of any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance.  Any member(s) violating these rules may be removed from the premises and denied Social Privileges until reinstated by the House Committee. Any member(s) charged with violations of these rules and regulations shall be entitled to a hearing before the House Committee.
